4G remote control and feedback module for fire-safety integration
What is the WANLIN-602?
WANLIN-602 is a DC 24 V fire remote control module that connects to a monitoring platform through 4G and can provide powered or dry-contact control outputs with one feedback input. It is intended for supervised integration tasks such as interfacing with smoke-exhaust equipment, fire shutters, pump control circuits, power-isolation interfaces, sounders or other compatible equipment.
Engineering boundary: WANLIN-602 is a control interface, not a substitute for a complete approved fire alarm control system. The final circuit, load interface, contactor, interlock, fail-safe behavior, network service and acceptance test must be designed and verified by qualified personnel under the rules applicable to the project.
Control and Monitoring Functions
4G platform connection
Supports remote platform or mobile-app workflows when a compatible network, account and service configuration are available.
Two output types
Provides a DC 24 V powered output and a dry-contact relay output for connection through an appropriate field interface.
Feedback supervision
Accepts one equipment feedback signal and supports line-fault reporting for the feedback circuit described in the supplied manual.
Pulse or level operation
The output mode is selectable by a hardware switch. Confirm the switch position against the current product label and the manual shipped with the unit.
Status indication
Separate indicators show power, communications signal, control activation, equipment feedback and feedback-line fault status.
RS-485 option
The module documentation describes RS-485 communication for an internal-network configuration that requires compatible system settings.
Published Technical Specifications
Values below are taken from the supplied WANLIN-602 manual. Confirm the production revision and actual connected load before approval.
| Parameter | Published value | Project check |
|---|---|---|
| Input power | DC 24 V; stated allowable range DC 24-30 V | Confirm supply capacity, polarity and protection |
| Monitoring current | Not more than 10 mA | Include platform/network configuration |
| Activation current | 50 mA | Confirm total power budget |
| Dry-contact output rating | Up to 220 V / 5 A | Use an approved interface or contactor where required |
| Powered output | DC 24 V / 2 A | Verify inrush current and connected load |
| Output mode | Pulse or maintained level | Confirm switch setting and required control logic |
| Operating environment | -10 to 60 degrees C; up to 95% RH, non-condensing | Confirm enclosure and installation environment |
| Dimensions | 127 x 95 x 29 mm | Allow space for antenna, terminals and service access |
| Housing and mass | Iron housing; approximately 300 g | Use secure mounting and protective enclosure as required |
Terminal and Interface Overview
Disconnect the DC supply before wiring. Terminal markings, polarity and the current product label take precedence. High-current or mains-powered equipment must be controlled through a correctly rated and approved interface rather than connected on assumption.
Pre-order and Commissioning Checklist
- Define the controlled equipment. Record the required action, voltage, current, feedback type and fail-safe state.
- Select the interface. Decide whether the project needs the powered DC 24 V output, the dry-contact relay or an external contactor/interface.
- Confirm communications. Verify 4G coverage and platform service, or confirm the RS-485 host, address and protocol configuration.
- Approve the control logic. Specify pulse or maintained output and the required manual/automatic workflow.
- Verify wiring supervision. Confirm feedback-contact compatibility, end-of-line arrangement and fault behavior.
- Test the complete sequence. Commission control, feedback, fault indication, notifications, manual override and safe recovery with the actual field equipment.
