Selection and application evidence
Use the published product information to shortlist a model, then verify the current datasheet, protocol, power supply, certificate scope and destination requirements before specifying or purchasing.
WANLIN-222 is a wireless manual fire alarm call point family for manually initiating an alarm. The enclosure, push-to-alarm operation and indicator layout are shared, while communication, power and system pairing depend on the ordered version. The documents supplied for this page describe an NB-IoT version and a 433 MHz version; their version-specific parameters must not be interchanged.
WANLIN-222 at a glance
Press the front button to initiate an alarm; reset the mechanism after the event.
Front indicators identify alarm, fault and communication states.
Wall-mounted design avoids signal wiring; exact network and commissioning steps depend on the version.
Communication versions
| Version | Documented system path | Version-specific data |
|---|---|---|
| NB-IoT | Direct NB-IoT connection to the service platform; alerts may be handled through the platform, app or mini program. | 3 V 17505 lithium battery; standby current <5 µA; average transmit current <60 mA; -10 °C to +50 °C; 85 × 85 × 40.7 mm. |
| 433 MHz | Pairs with a compatible alarm host, documented with WANLIN-261, which then controls the connected alarm system. | DC 3 V 17450 lithium battery; standby current ≤6 µA; alarm current ≤60 mA; -10 °C to +55 °C; 85 × 85 × 40 mm including base; ABS enclosure. |
Ordering note: “WANLIN-222” identifies the product family. Confirm the communication version, compatible host or platform, battery specification and regional approval requirements before ordering.
Installation and use
Select NB-IoT or 433 MHz and verify the required platform or alarm host.
Choose a visible, accessible wall position and secure the base using suitable fasteners.
Bind the QR code for NB-IoT, or pair the 433 MHz version with the compatible host.
Trigger the call point, verify the alarm path and indicators, reset it, and record the test.
Installation height, spacing and acceptance testing must follow the project design and applicable local fire-safety rules. The supplied NB-IoT guide references a wall height of 1.3–1.5 m and a maximum 30 m travel distance to the nearest manual call point for its stated installation context.
Functions documented for the 433 MHz version
- Alarm indicator illuminates after the button is pressed.
- Fault indication covers conditions such as low battery or removal from the base.
- Communication indicator flashes when communication data is received.
- Tamper detection identifies removal of the call point from its base.
- The alarm host can associate the device with a defined location.
